As of this writing, no Philippine court has issued any ruling transferring custody of Adri’el Degillo Peterson to his mother, Anngeneth Degillo Peterson.
There has been:
- ❌ No custody hearing
- ❌ No judicial process
- ❌ No legal authority granted to remove or conceal the child
- ❌ No summons, no mediation, no due process served to the father
Despite this, public officials — including Sacsac Barangay, DSWD, and the Bacong Police — executed actions as if a court had ruled, bypassing all legal channels and acting without jurisdiction or court orders.
Even the Regional Trial Court (RTC) has confirmed on three separate occasions that:
- No case exists in the father’s name
- No case exists in the mother’s name
- No case exists in the child’s name
- No legal counsel has appeared on Anngeneth’s behalf
No ruling can be made without due process.
If there was no summons, no mediation, no defense allowed — then no ruling exists.
This is not a family matter.
This is not a court decision.
This is a coordinated abuse of power.
